“Think FedEx First” was an integrated campaign which brought together all of FedEx’s often disparate small business marketing activities and communications into one powerful force.  The integrated campaign included print, segmented DM, email, sales contest, sales collateral, microsites, banner ads, sports sponsorship tie-ins, customer service communications and crowdsourced video contests.  The winner of the BMA B2 Award of Excellence for Existing Customer Retention and Growth Program and the Tower Award for Total Communications Program, “Think FedEx First” was the most successful FedEx small business campaign to date.
